We adore pets and will treat yours with the same care as our own. Any special instructions you provide are added to our work order, ensuring your cleaning specialist knows exactly how to follow your wishes regarding your loving pets.

It’s not expected, but it is greatly appreciated for work well done. We have found it common for clients to tip at the end of each cleaning. Tips can be added to your debit or credit card or zelle payment.

If your regular cleaning happens to fall on one of these dates, we’ll reach out in advance to reschedule. We work on many federal holidays, so you can expect us as scheduled unless you choose to cancel service.

Yes. Your first cleaning may take a bit longer than future visits. This extra time allows our team to give your home the detailed attention it deserves and to get familiar with its unique needs. Once we’ve set the standard, your regular cleanings will be more efficient, while still delivering the same high-quality results every time.

No, you don’t need to be home during your cleaning, but it is certainly your preference. Many of our clients provide us with a key, alarm code, or access through the garage, and we handle entry and exit with the utmost care and security.

We do our very best to assign the same cleaning specialist to your home for each visit, as we know consistency matters. While we can’t always guarantee this due to scheduling or staffing needs, rest assured that any technician who visits your home will have access to detailed notes about your preferences and requests. This ensures you’ll receive the same high-quality, consistent service every time.

Payment is due at the end of service completion. For your convenience, your debit or credit card will be charged once your cleaning has been completed.
